Trevor Gossen brings over a decade of experience in credit analysis, credit structuring and business valuation analysis. Prior to establishing Ducimus Capital as one of the Founders and Chief Risk Officer, Trevor was responsible for managing a credit portfolio with over $1 billion in credit authorizations within Bank of Montreal’s Corporate Finance Division (Diversified Industries). Prior to his tenure with BMO, he was a Senior Credit Officer at Scotiabank, responsible for overseeing the credit adjudication of the bank’s infrastructure and power portfolio. In his current role, he is responsible for leading and managing Ducimus' operations and reports to the Executive Credit Committee at IMP Group. Trevor holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University, CFA Charter Holder, CAIA Charter Holder and a Certified Financial Risk Manager.
Nick Rowe began his career with KPMG in their Corporate Finance & Audit practice. During this time, he worked on the divestitures of small and medium size businesses in the various industries. Nick spent time with RBC Corporate Client Group before joining the IMP Group of Companies. Prior to Ducimus Capital, Nick was the Manager of Finance at IMP Aerostructures in Amherst, Nova Scotia. Nick is responsible for deal analysis, credit structuring, and client relationship management. Nick is a graduate of Dalhousie’s Rowe School of Business, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a CFA Charter Holder.
Don Dickson brings 16 years of experience primarily in residential mortgage lending sector. Don has been a mortgage broker and agent with two brokerages as well as a Mortgage Specialist at one of the big 5 banks. Don prides himself on finding customized financial solutions for clients. As Ducimus' Compliance Officer, Don assures regulatory requirements are met, and complies with the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006.
